Refund policy

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Refunds will be considered only if the item arrives damaged. Customers must notify us within 5 calendar days from the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

To request a refund due to a damaged item, customers must provide clear evidence of the damage (photos and/or video), along with proof of purchase. All claims are subject to review and approval.

Exchanges

We accept size exchanges only, subject to product availability.
Customers are fully responsible for all shipping costs associated with size exchanges.

Exchanges for different products, colors, or styles are not permitted.

Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and in original packaging.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
